When I looked at my account it had been cancelled and locked.When I queried this I was advised that I did not meet the requirements to qualify for the reward.This is the only explanation that I received.Don't bother with this.I've been with mobile expression for over a year and have had nothing but problems with them,their software DOES interfere with the performance of my brand new device although they state in their FAQs that it doesn't and tons of my reward points keep going missing!(5/6times in recent months numerous points have gone missing,they've refunded some but I'm STILL missing points!)I've just had my latest reply from them regarding their messed up software suggesting I delete their software although I'm literally a few points short of collecting a reward!(dreadful support service who are clueless and can't be bothered fixing big problems with their software) which is disgusting considering their software HAS effected my device severely!"Locks account no bonus!"Im a very old member with this app company but recently they locked cancelled and blocked my account !
Ive never had problems before but they said i didnt participate as stated (which is lies) and canceled my 15 credits (ten pound amazon voucher) if id known id have rectified the problem.I feel they have handled this incident completely unfairly without fully investigating and allowing it to be sorted fairly!!Seems to me that if they have enough of you they just discard you as a customer!!I have complained numerous times to their "support team" but they say the same thing and mark the email as solved!!I have now deleted it and warn others this app company do not honour your credits even if you are in the right.Like i said all was ok until they state Nov .Very disappointed in their team and will never be using again!!Prev 1 2 3 … 6 7 NextAll participants in MobileXpression must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement.You must also own or control a mobile phone or device that is compatible with the MobileXpression software and you must be able to access the Internet from your mobile device.
