It's not 1998 anymore.To have the ability to make what we do, working the hours we work, and helping the doctors and the patients the way we do - makes me feel blessed and insanely lucky.We are selling a top quality product for a company who actually cares about the patient - not just the money.möbel holz winterthurAdvice to Management Being new, I understand why you want to keep people long term.There's about a year before most new hires feel somewhat confident in what they are doing.People hired have to want to be here long term.It's not easy the first year.You have to really be confident in yourself to push thru and make it happen.Some days are hard but the majority are great and make up for it.Coming from a non-medical background, having training on the workings of the medical offices and how to set up a successful relationship with new offices and doctors would be very helpful.With the help of one neighboring senior rep, I've been able to navigate this.

There is NO WORK life balance at this company!6 paid Holidays a year but you will still work every one of them!You will NEVER get to take them and if you do, mangers will call you non stop or text.The pressure to over sale products is unreal and getting worse daily!This company is beyond greedy and treat reps awful.Don't ask HR to help, very unprofessional.Go work at McDonlds before this place.Feb 21, 2017 I have been working at Nobel Biocare full-time (More than 8 years) Pros The people who have been with the company through the mergers are very nice people.Cons Company was bought out a couple of years ago and completely changed the soul of the company.No raises, micro managing, They have fired all the people with advanced degrees leaving people with high school diplomas to stab everyone in the back to get a head.I suppose they did that to cut out the competition for promotions.Very hostel work environment.No opportunity for advancement in most departments.Turn over is very high as the benefits package is terrible since they changed plans.

People are very unhappy here now but nobody will stand up to management because they are afraid to lose their jobs.Middle management has absolutely no experience managing people, no direction and no follow through.Customer support and Territory support are the worst.I could go on and on and on but you get the picture.This is a terrible place to work.Advice to Management Wake up, wake up, wake up.Your corporate greed is unsurpassed in any industry.Work life balance is important to people.Six paid holidays per year and every single one of them you ask us to work while you travel and enjoy time with your families.You pay yourself bonuses while we get 1% raises per year and are told "this is good" No, it's not good.If you hire an adult to do a job one would think the company would trust this employee enough to do his/her job and not micro manage them into anti depressants and anti anxiety medications.You have no clue as to how your company is running below your ivory tower.Wake up, wake up, wake up.
